  • Monkey Points are accrued on orders placed online when paying by Card or paypal. Orders Placed by purchase order are not included in this offer.
  • Orders placed as a guest are not included in this offer, points will not be gifted for these orders.
  • Monkey Points are not accrued on Delivery charges or VAT values.
  • Monkey Points are usually awarded at a ratio of one point to one pound, on some occasions products may be excluded or are offered at a different rate. All Monkey Points values are displayed on each individual product page for clarity. The amount of Monkey Points awarded with any product purchase can be changed at any time without notice.
  • Your Monkey Points account will be adjusted if goods are returned and if an order is amended or cancelled.
  • Connectix Ltd (Cablemonkey) reserve the right to change, amend or cancel this promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
  • Monkey Points can at no time be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
  • It is the customers own responsibility to declare any gifts or vouchers to the relevant tax authorities.
  • Points will expire after 12 months. All points awarded more than 12 months ago are not valid.
  • Monkey Points are non-transferrable and only valid for the Cablemonkey account that accrued them.
  • Double Monkey Points codes must be used within 7 days of issue and can be used on orders to a maximum value of £15,500.00 exclusive of vat and carriage.
  • It can take up to three weeks for e-vouchers to arrive.
  • Before contacting Customer Services for non-arrival please check your spam folders.
  • Under no circumstance can any orders placed before the 1st February 2024 be included within the Monkey Points rewards scheme.
  • Monkey Points will only be applied to qualifying orders placed on cablemonkey.co.uk

  Important Information

  • Monkey Points are added to your account after the checkout process, they are not redeemable when ordering online unless enough points have been accrued from a previous order.
  • May 2024 bank holiday Double Monkey Points will be available on every order from Friday 3rd May until 23:59 on Monday 6th May 2024. No minimum spend is required.
